We guarantee that our products are free of any defects or damage caused by workmanship or materials for one year after the purchase date.
This warranty commitment does not cover damage or defects caused by:
~ impact with any material or object
~ collisions, abuse, misuse or accidental damage
~ transport, loading, unloading, dropping, out of water handling or similar
~ exposure to temperatures over 70 and under 0 degrees celsius
~ nature, such as earthquake, fires etc.
~ alterations or modifications
~ usage of the board after a claim is reported
~ flat landings
~ use of a larger fin than specified
~ storage of the board in closed, damp conditions (for example a wet board bag)
~ storage or transport of the board with a closed air-valve
If you believe your SUP has defects related to manufacturing faults, please contact us directly and return it to your dealer without delay. Your board must be returned to the shop where it was purchased for immediate inspection. Please describe the manufacturing fault, date this occurred and if possible forward photos of the damage.
If the damage is a result of a manufacture's defect, we will work with the retail store you purchased the board from, to quickly have the issue corrected to your satisfaction.
If the damage was caused by one of the above described warranty excluded claims, we are committed to work with you to either assist with the repairs, teach you how to make the repair, or locate a repair technician in your area.
